The Applicant Search Results screen also has a tool bar with various options.

New: Opens a blank Applicant screen for adding a new applicant record.
Back: A quick way to get back to the main applicant search screen.
Save As: This option allows the saving of the applicant search results list to a file for repopulating at a later date.
Messaging: This option allows the user to send a mass email or text message to applicants in the search results list. Refer to the Ultra-Staff Messaging section of this user guide for more information on the Messaging function.
Merge: This option allows the user to merge applicant data from the search results list into a Letter template selected for immediate print or export into a file for editing before print.
Print: This option allows the applicant search results list to be printed.
Reports: Allows access to various applicant reports to preview or print.
Owners: Allows quick access to the Applicant Report- by Applicant Owner.
Close: Allows user to close completely out of the applicant search results list.
