For maximum convenience and personal preference requirements, Ultra-Staff allows movement through the system via several different views.  For example, the main screen contains a Horizontal Menu, as well as a Vertical Menu, in order to begin utilization.  These menus are identical in content.

Upon entering the placement environment (applicant, client, job order…), there is a Horizontal Menu at the top of the screen, a Variable Toolbar below the Horizon Menu, and the Vertical Menu to the left side of the screen.  The purpose of the Variable Toolbar is to display appropriate sub-forms that belong to the form that is currently activated.  Forms appear in the workspace area of the screen upon command from the Horizontal and/or Vertical Menus.

Several forms may be displayed in the workspace area simultaneously.  Forms can be minimized, maximized, sized, layered and moved around the workspace area to maximize the usage of the information provided by Ultra-Staff.

If there are several forms displayed in the workspace area simultaneously, the form that has its title bar highlighted is the form that is active.  To activate a form, click the form title bar or any other portion of the form.  Remember, the commands displayed on the Variable Toolbar represent the commands that apply to the form that is currently active.
