The Client main screen includes a section called Client at a Glance. This section is comprised of different information that is pulled from other areas in the system.
Open TJOs: Gives the number of Temporary Job Orders that are considered Open, for this client. The Systems Administrator will set up the Temp Job Order status codes that are to be included in this figure, via the Codes Editor module.
Open DHOs: Gives the number of Direct Hire Job Orders that are considered Open, for this client. The Systems Administrator will set up the Direct Hire Job Order status codes that are to be included in this figure, via the Codes Editor module.
Active Assigns: This field shows the number of temporary Assignment records that are considered Active, for this Client. The Systems Administrator will set up the Assignment status codes that are to be included in this figure, via the Codes Editor module.
Intvs Scheduled: This field shows the number of direct hire Interview records that are scheduled for this Client. The Systems Administrator will set up the Interview status codes that are to be included in this figure, via the Codes Editor module.
Last Contact: This field references the date that is entered in the Last Contact date field in the Contact Manager. It will pull the date from the most recent entry.
Last PC: This field shows the placement consultant code of the last person that made an entry in the Contact Manager, on this Client.
Last Billed: This field is used in conjunction with Ultra-Staff Back Office. It will display the last date that this client was invoiced through Ultra-Staff Back Office.
Last Order: This field will display the date that the most recent Job Order was created, for this client.
Oldest Invoice: This field is used in conjunction with Ultra-Staff Back Office. It will display the date of the oldest outstanding invoice this client has, that was created through Ultra-Staff Back Office.
