Client Field Descriptions

Status:  The status of the Client.  The field label button allows ease of code selection via a list view.  Codes commonly found on the list view selection include:  A for Active; D for Delete; DN for Do Not Service; I for Inactive; P for Prospect; S for Source and ZZ for Credit Hold.  The Systems Administrator can add additional codes via Codes Editor if required.

Company:  The name of the Client as you would like to see it on letters, reports, etc.

Alpha:  Alpha code. This is another representation of the company name. This can contain an acronym name, short name or other representation. It is used to assist in locating client records during searches.

Address 1:  First address line. 

Address 2:  Second address line.

City:  City in which the Client resides.

State:  State in which the Client resides.  Click the field label for ease of code selection via list view. 

Zip:  Zip or Postal Code.  This field allows for up to nine digits.

Country:  Country in which the client resides.

Phone:  The Client’s phone number. It can be keyed in with area code and phone digits, and the system will automatically format it.  If you prefer, you can type in the phone with formatting.  The field label is also an action button that is used for automatic dialing from the workstation.  Your workstation must be set up for auto dial in order to utilize this feature.

Fax:  The Client’s fax number. It can be keyed in with area code and phone digits, and the system will automatically format it.  If you prefer, you can type in the number with formatting.  The field label is also an action button that is used to launch the Fax Cover Sheet Generator.  This feature allows for the creation of a Fax Cover Sheet, which can be defined on the fly, or saved as a default.  This feature will be discussed in detail in a separate section of this manual. 

E-Mail:  The client’s e-mail address.  An e-mail message can be sent to the Client by clicking the field label.  There must be email access from the workstation to utilize this tool.

WWW:  Web site of the client. A web browser can be launched and web site accessed by clicking the field label.  There must be Internet access from the workstation in order to utilize this tool.

Branch:  The branch/office that services this client. Use the field label for ease of code selection via list view.

LOB:  If the client has a specific Line of Business, enter it here.  This Line of Business is used to break out revenue and expenses.  If entered here, the code will default into any Temp or Direct Hire Job Orders entered.

Location:  This is the geographical location in which the client’s facility resides. Use the field label for ease of code selection via list view.

Territory:  The territory that this Client is a part of. Use the field label for ease of code selection via list view.

Industry:  The industry that the Client has specialization in. Click the field label for ease of code selection via list view.

Referral:  The advertising device used to acquire this account.  Use the field label for ease of code selection via list view.  Additional referral codes can be added via Codes Editor.

TPC:  Temp Placement Consultant.  This field is used for the initials of the temporary placement consultant that will be working with this Client. Use the field label for ease of code selection via list view.

PPC:  Direct Hire Consultant.  This field is used for the initials of the direct hire consultant that will be working with this Client. Use the field label for ease of code selection via list view.

SPC:  Sales Placement Consultant.  This field is used for the initials of the sales placement consultant that will be working with this Client. Use the field label for ease of code selection via list view.
