Synonyms are created through the Ultra-Staff Codes Maintenance program. Select one of the SYNONYMS from the drop-down list.

Next, enter the Ultra-Staff code that corresponds to the synonym in the CODE column. In the SYNONYM column, enter the word or words that the Résumé Import module will search from the résumé.
