Click this to create an assignment on this Job Order, for an applicant. This choice assumes the user already knows which employee will be assigned. If there are a lot of applicants in the database, make sure the applicant form is open in the background with the desired applicant. If the applicant is not activated, the user will have to search for the applicant on the assignment screen, via a list view. This process can be lengthy if there are a lot of applicants in the database. More information on Assignment scheduling is discussed in a later section of this manual.
