This report breaks out the applicants by the RPC code (found on the main Applicant record) and then the position code. Under each RPC code and position, it displays the appropriate applicants by name including their status, home and work phone numbers, the TPC and PPC codes, the coding of Temp, Perm (Direct Hire), or Temp to Hire, date available, minimum hourly pay rate desired and salary desired.
The report provides a good visual tool to note which recruiter pulls in the most applicants for certain positions.
