The Refresh Quantity and Status option recalculates the Rem QTY field based on the number of working (Status=A) assignments attached to the job order. Then, if Rem QTY is calculated to 0 (zero), the job order status will change from A-Active/Open to F-Filled. If the Rem QTY is greater than 0 (zero) the status of the job order will remain A-Active/Open.
