Switch

This button allows the conversion of a Temp Job Order, into a Direct Hire Job Order.  The status on the Temp Job Order that was ‘switched’ will automatically change to TD – Transitioned to Direct Hire, and the Description field will insert the following text:  ‘This Job Order is converted into the Direct Hire Job Order number XXXXXX.’    On the newly created Direct Hire job order, this text will appear in the Description field: ‘This Job Order is converted from Temporary Job Order number XXXXXX.’
