Job Order Searches within the Applicant Contact Manager

 

From within the Applicant Contact Manager, both Direct Hire and Temporary Job Order searches may be performed, and even Assignments and Interview records created.   This is accomplished by accessing the New Interview (for Direct Hire) or New Assignment (for Temporary jobs) buttons found at the top of the Applicant Contact Manager form.

The ability to search for either Direct Hire or Temporary Job Orders (by Customer Name, Customer Number, Job Order Number, or Job Order Start date) can be done from the Contact Manager form, where also a new Interview or Assignment record for the selected applicant  can be created at this same time.

There are many uses for this feature, which will be explained as a Best Practice later in this document.
